CARMBA Committee meeting

Come along to participate in the CARMBA committee meeting. Meetings can be attended by any member, and we would love to have ideas and help to make the CARMBA community the best it can be. You don't have to formally volunteer on the committee to contribute, we would love one off help for events that interest you! 
 

Draft agenda:

-plan Mother's Day and seek for volunteers, approve budget (10min)

-pencil in 2024 events, seek volunteers, approve budget if needed (major events, committee meetings, expectant parents) (15min) 

-proposed updates to modernise running of committee (including streamlining functions of volunteer roles; invest communication method) (20min)

-seek volunteer to assist with applications for funding. (5min)
