Expectant Parent Information Sessions
Expecting twins, triplets or more? Our information sessions help prepare you for the unique aspects of life with multiples. They're a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, discuss any concerns and meet other expectant parents who are on the same journey.
Regular Catch-ups
CARMBA offers two regular catch-ups, bringing multiple birth families together to connect, share experiences and enjoy time with others who understand.
Little Ones (Ages 0–2)
A relaxed catch-up for families with littler multiples. It's an opportunity to get out of the house, meet other families and enjoy a coffee and a chat.
Multiplay (Ages 0–5)
A fabulous playgroup for families with multiples to run, explore and enjoy activities such as craft and games. Multiplay is run through Playgroup ACT and provides a wonderful opportunity for children and parents to connect.
Equipment Hire
We offer a range of items for hire to support multiple birth families, including hospital-grade double Spectra breast pumps at heavily discounted rates.
Social Events
There's always something happening in the CARMBA community! Throughout the year, we organise a variety of opportunities for members and their families to connect, celebrate and have fun together.
Our yearly social calendar includes celebrations for Father's and Mother's Days, Mum's nights (or mornings!) out, Dad's nights out, Halloween sensory play, Christmas (and Christmas in July!) featuring clothes/toy swaps and activites for Multiple Birth Awareness Week.

Access helpful resources to support you on your multiple birth journey, including AMBA's informative Preparing for Twins, Triplets and More booklet and a range of educational webinars covering topics specific to families with multiples.
